From understanding market conditions to identifying what truly matters to buyers, my goal is to help homeowners make smart decisions that support a smooth, well-executed sale. What areas do you cover?

Charlotte Metro is a pretty wide area with many small townships. Just ask if you are unsure where I work.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes. While many clients prefer to meet in person, I also offer phone, video, and virtual consultations when that’s more convenient. Many of the buyers and sellers I work with are relocating from outside the area or have busy schedules. Virtual meetings allow us to discuss your goals, answer questions, review options, and determine the next steps without requiring an in-person appointment.
How much do your services cost?
Real estate compensation has changed in recent years, and every situation is different. I believe in having straightforward conversations about services, expectations, and compensation so everyone understands their options from the beginning. If you’re considering buying or selling, I’m happy to discuss how that works and answer any questions you may have.
